This Privacy Policy describes how the personal cross-posting application ("Publicator", "the App", "we") collects, uses, stores, and protects data. The App is a personal automation tool that lets a single authenticated user submit a video via Telegram and have it published on the user's own Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts.

1. Who uses this app

The App is used solely by its author (Oleg Zedginidze) on accounts that the author owns and controls. No third-party users are onboarded. There is no public sign-up.

2. Data we receive

Video files sent by the authorized user to the Telegram bot @kross_posting_ity_bot.
Caption text attached to those videos.
OAuth tokens issued by Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to authorize publishing on the user's own accounts.
Telegram chat metadata (chat ID, message ID) needed to send confirmation replies.

3. How we use it

Video files and captions are forwarded to Instagram Graph API, TikTok Content Posting API, and YouTube Data API for publishing to the user's own accounts.
OAuth tokens are used to authenticate API calls to those platforms.
Telegram metadata is used only to reply with publishing status to the originating chat.

4. Storage and retention

Video files are stored temporarily on the App's server while being processed (typically less than 24 hours), and on Cloudinary (a video CDN) for delivery to Instagram. Cloudinary's retention follows its own terms.
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in the n8n credentials manager on the App's server.
No analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party trackers are used.

5. Sharing

The App does not sell or rent data. Data is shared only with the upstream platforms strictly to fulfill the user's publishing request (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Cloudinary, Telegram).

6. Security

The App is hosted on a private VPS with HTTPS-only access (TLS via Let's Encrypt). Tokens are encrypted at rest. Authentication to the bot is enforced via Telegram chat ID allow-list.

7. User rights

The authorized user can at any time delete uploaded videos from the destination platforms, revoke OAuth grants from the platform settings (Meta, TikTok, Google), and remove the bot. Doing so immediately stops further processing.

8. Compliance with platform terms

The App is built to comply with Instagram Platform Terms, TikTok Developer Terms of Service, YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and Google API Services User Data Policy (including the Limited Use requirements where applicable).

9. Children

The App is not intended for and not used by children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

If material changes are made, an updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
