By using the personal cross-posting application ("Publicator", "the App"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

The App is a personal automation tool. It is used solely by its author (Oleg Zedginidze) to publish content to the author's own Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts via a private Telegram bot. There is no public sign-up; third parties are not onboarded.

2. Acceptable use

The App must be used only with content the user is legally authorized to publish.
The App must not be used to publish spam, harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit content, deepfake/AI-generated content presented as authentic, copyrighted material without permission, or anything that violates the destination platforms' community guidelines.
The App must not be used to evade platform rate limits, automate engagement, or circumvent content moderation.

5. Liability disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty. The author is not liable for any data loss, account suspension on third-party platforms, or any indirect damages arising from use of the App.

6. Termination

The author may discontinue the App at any time. The user can stop using the App at any time by revoking OAuth grants and removing the Telegram bot.
